Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed on worldsbestdogtoys.com, operated by World's Best Dog Toys. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Each toy is handmade in small batches, and stock is limited. An order is accepted when checkout is complete and you receive a confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item in full.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices for future orders at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. This site never sees or stores your card number. See our privacy page for details.

Shipping and returns

We ship to US addresses. See Shipping and Returns for the details that apply to your order.

Product character

Every toy is made from reclaimed fire hose, so color, wear marks and stitching vary from toy to toy. Product photos show an example toy.

Safe play

No dog toy is a substitute for supervision. Supervise your dog during play, choose a size your dog cannot fit entirely in its mouth, check the toy regularly, and retire it once it shows significant damage or loose pieces.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World's Best Dog Toys is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
